    East Cesar Chavez Neighborhood Plan

    The East César Chávez Neighborhood Plan was written by the neighborhood, for the neighborhood. The Plan is the result of an extensive collaborative effort between neighborhood residents, businesses and property owners. The purpose of the Neighborhood Plan is to provide direction for future development and for City programs and projects that affect the neighborhood. Read more about our Neighborhood Plan.

    Getting on Our Meeting Agenda

    We meet on the third Wednesday of each month in the Terrazas Library meeting room from 6:00-8:30. 1105 E. Cesar Chavez St. Everyone is welcomed to join. If you have a topic that you would like to add to our monthly meeting, read this page to Get on Our Agenda.

    ECC Neighborhood Contact Team Endorsement Policy

    Individuals or businesses requesting endorsement by the East Cesar Chavez Contact team should first familiarize themselves with our Endorsement Policy. Prior to requesting endorsement, it is recommended that you attend one or more of our monthly meetings in order to introduce yourself and your organization, and learn more about our planning process.
