Everyone who lives or works in the East Cesar Chavez Neighborhood is a member of the ECC Neighborhood Plan Contact Team community!

The Leadership Team represents all stakeholders in our area and they have voting power to represent these stakeholders. We have divided the neighborhood into geographic sectors so that all parts of the neighborhood have a vote. We also have voting members who represent businesses, congregations, non-profits and civic groups.  You do not have to live or work in the neighborhood to serve on action teams/committees.
